Organizational Development

Our team of OD Experts is lead by Mr.Qamar ul Islam, Having a total career span of almost 23 years in Organization Development and Human Resource Management. Qamar has extensive exposure in Strategic Human Resource Management, Change Management, Business Processes Re-engineering, Job Evaluation, Competency Profiling, Policies and Procedures Development and Organizational Design & Restructuring. He worked with multiple industries/sectors on various projects, both within the public as well as corporate sectors and have focused on the development of organizational strategies that integrate human resource practices with the long-term strategic business plans through systems enhancement, capacity building and supporting learning activities.
He worked with leading management consulting organizations and managed various projects of Job Evaluations, Policies and Procedures Development and Job Analysis of Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, FFBL, Wartsilla, Lotte PTA, Dawood Hercules, Interloop and Ufone. Job Evaluation being my forte, I have successfully delivered Job Evaluation Projects by using the Mercer International Position Evaluation IPE methodology and covered over 1800 positions.
He has also a vast experience to work with the Development sector organizations like DFID, World Bank and USAID. I worked on various project like PIFRA project of Pakistan Audit Department funded by World Bank, KPK Provincial Reforms Project funded by DFID, FATA Capacity review, Board of Revenue, Go Punjab BPR project of the Pakistan Army and the Assessment and Strengthening Program – USAID. I have developed Job Descriptions, KPIs, Policies & Procedures Manual, Organization structures, conducted capacity reviews, and delivered training at various levels in the development sector
